Kitchen stocked for eight with all the accouterments you could need: regular and decaf coffee (drip or Keurig), tea, cooking oil, salt/pepper, varied spices, cooking utensils, pot/pans and all other supplies, you can just bring the ingredients!

You can also find beach and pool items like beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers, floaties, etc in deck boxes on the patio so you have everything you need.
Additional Info
Smoking is not allowed inside or outside at the property at any time. Quiet-hours 10 p.m.–8 a.m. per county ordinance. Partying, events, or loud noises are not allowed any time. Guests are required to sign an additional rental agreement with owners after booking. Security cameras are present on property in front yard and back yard. For stays of 21 days or more, professional cleaning is required once every two weeks, and will be added to reservation total. Pool heat requires an additional $35/day, or $200/week charge; must be booked in advance of your stay, recommended Nov-April.
